7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle may not be used for any unlawful activities. Engaging in racing, rallying, or off-road driving is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Subletting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must be used for its intended purpose only, adhering to passenger and weight limits. Traveling outside the specified geographical area requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Colwyn Bay is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services.
